Abu-Seir, Vice to marry Feb. 27

Chelsea Vice and Todd Abu-Seir will marry Feb. 27 at Lake Ridge Christian Church in Paris, Ill.

A dinner reception will follow at Sam's Steakhouse in Marshall, Ill.

Vice is a 2002 graduate of Paris High School, a 2005 graduate of Lake Land College in Mattoon, Ill., received her elementary education undergraduate degree from Indiana State University from 2005 to 2006, and she graduated from Harrold Beauty Academy in 2007.

Abu-Seir is a 2002 graduate of White River Valley High School, and 2005 graduate of Ivy Tech Community College.

Vice is the owner/stylist of Chelsea's Crazy Razor Salon in Paris, Ill., and a Lia Sophia Jewelry advisor.

Abu-Seir is a production maintenance technician for Sony DADC in Terre Haute.

The bride's parents are Steve and Debbie Vice of Paris, and the groom's parents are Roy and Cindy Thomas from Worthington.
