* Jan. 7 -- James Hoggatt, 38, Linton, was arrested on a preliminary charge of residential entry, released on Jan. 8 on $4,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 15. Linton Police Det. Josh Goodman was the arresting officer.
