Mabel I. Patmore

Mabel I. Patmore, 95, of Mt. Vernon, passed away Thursday, Nov. 12, 2009 at Mt. Vernon Nursing & Rehab.

She was born Dec. 9, 1913 in Crawford County, to Rev. M. W. and Eunice (Roberson) Roberson.

Mabel was a homemaker, she loved to bowl and square dance.

She is survived by one son, Paul Michael (Patricia) Patmore, Lebanon; three daughters, Dinah L. Utley, Lafayette, Shirley A. Rickert, Mt. Vernon and Linda K. Allen, Mt. Vernon; 17 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; six great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Paul P. Patmore on Aug. 25, 1993; a daughter, Sandra Keitel; two grandsons; four brothers and three sisters.

Funeral service will be at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Worthington at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 15, 2009, with Rev. Bill Beckelheimer officiating.

Friends may call at Welch & Cornett after noon on Sunday until time of service.

Burial will be in Worthington Cemetery.
