Boger is accused of one class B felony count of dealing in a Schedule II controlled substance.
Boger was taken into custody and transported to the Greene County Jail where he was booked in by Lt. Bryan Woodall.
An investigation began early in October after another man who was arrested on drug-related charges told police he had bought morphine pills from Boger at a residence on SW 2nd St. in Linton.
According to a probable cause affidavit prepared by Det. Josh Goodman of the Linton Police Department, when officers went to Boger's residence and spoke to him, he gave written consent for officers to search the residence.
Officers reported finding evidence of cash and a bottle containing prescription medication that linked him to the sale of the morphine.
The affidavit also states that Boger admitted to officers that he had sold morphine pills on more than one occasion.
When the affidavit was approved by the court and an arrest warrant ordered, the judge also specified that Boger be held without bond pending his initial appearance in court.
