He was a loving husband, a great dad and sweet Papa. Although he enjoyed woodworking, fishing and watching football, his family meant everything to him.
He wa a member of Sheet Metal Workers Local Union No. 20 for 56 years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and was discharged in 1956. He was a member of the Brownsburg American Legion.
Survivors include: his wife, Karen Anne (Brown) Hogan; a son, Brian Christopher Hogan (Natalie); a daughter, Amber Dawn Waters (Timothy); a brother, Robert F. Hogan; granddaughters, Abigail Claire and Emily Paige Hogan, Kinsley Laine and Brinley Grace Waters; and a grandson, Grant Christopher Hogan.
Service will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Conkle Funeral Home, Avon Chapel followed by a graveside service at Grandview Cemetery in Bloomfield at 1 p.m.
Visitation will be from 3-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
