Sapp birth announcement

Emilia Ramon would like to announce the birth of her new baby sister, Alyssa Ann Sapp.

Alyssa was born on July 10, 2009 at 8:41 a.m. at Sullivan County Community Hospital. She weighed 8 1/2 pounds and was 19 1/2 inches long.

Parents are Shelly Jeffrey and Wesley Sapp.
