Michael Chad Huff was northbound on CR. 1350W -- south of the CR. 675N intersection -- when he lost control of his 2006 Honda CBR 600 motorcycle and ran off the roadway striking a fence post, according to a report filed by Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Leon Dunnigan.
"The driver was thrown from the vehicle to the north approximately 30 feet," according to Dunnigan.
Huff was transported by Greene County Ambulance and Paramedic Sevice to Greene County General Hospital in Linton for treatment.
No condition report was released.
Assisting at the scene were personnel from the Jasonville Police Department and the Wright Township Volunteer Fire Department.

Does anyone have an update on Josh?
Thoughts and prayers go out to he and his family.
I hope he will be alright, but maybe now he will learn not to speed up and down the highway all the time.
notdumb,
I will agree that some people abuse the privlege of driving a motorcycle, but not every motorcyclist drives irresponsibly. Like you, most people assume that because one motorcyclist drives irresponsibly, we all do. That is not true, and an unfair judgment. For that matter, look how many motorcycle accidents occur that are NOT the motorcyclist's fault. It is not always the motorcyclist that drives too fast, and doesn't pay attention. Also, please choose your words carefully. Language like that makes your screen name appear to be a lie.
Any updates on how Chad is doing? I haven't been able to get ahold of his family to find out how he is doing.
