Carolyn Sue Grabbe

Carolyn Sue Grabbe, 64, of Sullivan and formerly of Hymera, passed away at 10:15 a.m. on Sunday, May 17, 2009 at Regional Hospital in Terre Haute.

She was born April 4, 1945 in Linton to Harold Eugene Bicknell and Beulah Custer Bicknell.

She was a member of the Hymera First Baptist Church and the Gold Wing Road Riders Association.

She is survived by her husband, Terry; daughter, Ronda Himbrook and husband, Kenny; step-daughter Shawna Beard, sons, Danny Geatches and wife, Destiny, Michael Geathes and wife, Amy; a sister, Elaine Young-Diehl; brother, Robert Bicknell; 10 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Raymond Bicknell; and two grandchildren.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at Hymera First Baptist Church

Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Thursday at the church with Rev. Mark Akers officiating.

Internment will be at K of P Cemetery in Hymera.

Mattox-McHugh Funeral Home in Shelburn has been entrusted with the arrangements.
