Thelma Pearl Green, 84, Worthington, passed away 7:59 a.m. Thursday, May 7, 2009, at Garden Villa in Bloomington.

She was born Oct. 7, 1924 in Greene County to Leonard and Gladys (Hill) Green.

She was a member of Lincoln Christian Church.

She is survived by 2 brothers, Vernal "Bud" (Phyllis) Green, Worthington; Bernard (Doris) Green, Tennessee; two sisters, Rosemary Green; Linton; Dorothy Welsh, Terre Haute; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and one brother, Chauncy Green.

Graveside service 1 p.m. Saturday at Bohley Cemetery.
