Jessica Ellen Burris McBride

Jessica Ellen Burris McBride, 42, of Linton, passed away at 9:19 a.m. Tuesday, May 5, 2009 at Greene County General Hospital in Linton.

She was born in Sullivan on Aug. 22, 1966, the daughter of Jesse Engle and Lenora (Nogie) King Bock.

She was a member of the Women of the Moose Chapter 19 No. 1434 in Linton.

Survivors include her mother, Lenora (Nogie) Bock of Linton; her father, Jesse Engle of Cass; her husband, Ted McBride of Linton; five brothers, Ronnie Griffith (Sue) of Hopewell, VA, David Griffith of Dugger, Rickey Griffith (Diana) of Vine Grove, KY, Rick Engle (Sharon) of Ohio, Paul Engle of Tenneesee; one step-brother, Jack Williams (Marsha) of Linton; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday, May 8 at Newkirk's Funeral Home in Dugger with Pastor Steve Talpas officiating.

Burial will follow in the Peavey Cemetery near Jasonville.

Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Thursday.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Newkirk's Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
