Kathy A. Stewart

Kathy A. Stewart, 61, of Terre Haute, and formerly of Sullivan and Linton died Sunday, April 26, 2009 in her home.

She was born Oct. 8, 1947 in Linton to Robert Stewart and Lyda Panky Stewart.

Survivors include a son, Donald "Buddy Weaver, Jr. of Linton; two daughters, Donna Wagner and her husband, Bryan of Lafayette and Ann Mesaeh and her husband, James of Terre Haute; a sister, Sylvia Simon and her husband, Ernie of Linton; nine grandchildren, Jonathon, Ashley, Bryan, Dylan, Rylee, Michael, Trinity, Kerri and Steven and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Robert Stewart.

Kathy adored her grandchildren, she also liked to read and crochet; but her main joy in life was spending time with her grandson, Michael.

Funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 30 in Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25th Street, Terre Haute, Ind., with Pastor William Mesaeh officiating. Burial will be in Shirley Cemetery, near Universal. Visitation is scheduled prior to service Thursday after 10 a.m.
