Diagnostic Screening Echocardiograms
The Care Group, cardiologists from Indianapolis, and Greene County General Hospital will offer "free" screening Echocardiograms to local incoming freshman or any other high school student in the county and Dugger that has not received one in the past. This diagnostic test is to help detect cardiac problems that may go unnoticed and will be from 3 - 7 p.m. June 23 on the second floor of the hospital in Linton. Consent forms are required and can be picked up at the Greene County Daily World in Linton, Greene County Ambulance service in Bloomfield or the hospital's administration office in Linton. Students must have this completed, signed and with them prior to the exam or their parent must accompany them.

L-S kindergarten enrollment
It is time to pre-enroll students for the 2009/2010 Linton kindergarten classes. During the month of April, school staff will need to know the names of those students who will be taking the kindergarten screening in May.
