Boer, Poole to marry Dec. 5

Pete Boer of Valparaiso is pleased to announce the engagement of his daughter Jessica, to Cade Poole, son of Debby Poole and Mike Poole of Linton.

Boer is a 2005 graduate of Portage High School. She is currently a student at Indiana State University and will graduate in December with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Development.

Poole is a 2000 graduate of Linton-Stockton High School. He served in the U.S. Navy from 2000-05 with a tour of duty aboard the USS Vincennes and the USS Guadelupe. He is currently employed at the Wabash Valley Correctional Facility.

The couple will be united in marriage Dec. 5, 2009 at East Side Church of Christ in Terre Haute, with a reception following at the Idle Creek Golf Course.

All friends and family are invited to attend.
