Robert Wayne House Sr.

Robert Wayne House Sr., 67, of Dugger, passed away at 8:07 a.m. Monday, Feb. 16, 2009 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

He was born in Dugger, July 31, 1941 the son of Jefferson House and Jennie Chandler House.

He was retired from IBEW Electical Workers Union in Indianapolis, and a member of the Masonic Lodge #721 in Dugger.

He was preceded in death by his parents, also one brother William Isaac House and one sister, Rosemary House.

Survivors include: his wife, Mary Darlene Hansens House; two sons, Timothy Wayne House and wife Sara of Linton, and Robert Wayne House and wife Lynn of Dugger; one daughter, Cindy Sue House Sullivan and husband Keith of Dugger; three brothers, Jeff "Butch" House of Greenfield, Jack House of Linton, and John House of Henderson, Ky.; four sisters, Nancy Hardesty of Linton, Shirley Cullison of Dugger, Melba Cartwright of Dugger, and Jennie Rhoads Louisville, Ky.; six grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM Wednesday February 18, 2009 at Newkirk's Funeral Home in Dugger with Pastor Dan Dyer officiating. Burial in the Dugger Cemetery.

Friends may call 1 p.m. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home.
