Milea Heath and Noel Elizabeth Jackson are announcing the recent wedding of their parents Tiffany Heath and Noel Jackson on Jan. 29. Tiffany is the daughter of Basil and Jane Shepard of Lyons. Noel is the son of Ed and Diana Jackson of Bloomfield. A reception is planned for May to honor the couple. The couple and their family are residing in Lyons.
