Julie A. Blevens

Julie A. Blevens, 43, of Dugger, passed away at 2 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2009 at her residence.

She was born in Stockton, Ca. on Nov. 30, 1965, the daughter of John Steel and Doris Mae Ashburn Steele.

Julie was an LPN.

Survivors include her husband, Michael Blevens; one son, Joshua Steele of Dugger; two brothers, Curt Steele of Dugger, and Tom Steele of Yakimaw, Wash.; one sister, Johna Helton of Strawsburg, Va.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Newkirk's Funeral Home in Dugger with Rev. Mike Ladson officiating. Burial in the Dugger Cemetery.
