Collier is the daughter of Mark and Dot Collier of Versailles. She will graduate from Hanover College in May with a degree in Sociology and a certification in Elementary Education.
Goggins is the son of Kenny and Teresa Goggins of Linton. He will also graduate in May from Hanover College with a Sociology Degree.
The couple will marry June 20 at Trinity Methodist Church in Madison.
