Sozzi was wanted on a warrant out of Greene County issued as a result of a petition to revoke.
A police report says officers responded after a caller advised a dispatcher that Sozzi was at the store in a black Sonoma truck.
When officers arrived, they found Sozzi sitting in the passenger seat of a small black truck parked at the store.
He was arrested around 11:02 p.m. without incident.
Sozzi was booked into the Greene County Jail where he's being held without bond.
LPD Officer Jayson Smith was the investigating officer. LPD Reserve Officer Tim Riggleman was the arresting officer. Reserve Officers Mike Harroll and Kent Medlock assisted on the scene.
