Wanda Mae Baker

Wanda Mae Baker, 63, of Linton, passed away at 7:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 18, 2008, at her daughter's residence in Linton. She was born Feb. 14, 1945 in Linton, the daughter of Roy C. and Leona (Phelps) Weaver.

She was retired from NWSC Crane, where she worked as a supervisor.

Survivors include: two daughters, Lori Ann (Terry) Stewart of Linton and Tammy Mae Williams of Worthington; two sons, Audie Ray (Margaret) Kristler of Linton and Gary Dean Williams of Bloomington; a brother, Jewell Curtis (Connie) Weaver of Jasonville, several grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Frank "J.R." Baker; her former husband, Donald Kristler; a brother, Roy Lee Weaver; and a sister, Nadine Waskom.

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 20, at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home Linton Chapel.

There will be no funeral service.
