Konner Dale McCammon Moffett

Konner Dale McCammon Moffett, newborn son of Ricky D. McCammon and Natalie D. Moffett, of Carlisle, passed away Monday, Dec. 1, 2008 shortly after his birth at Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis.

Survivors include his parents, both of Carlisle; maternal grandparents, Charles and Pam Hay of Dugger, Daniel Moffett of Linton; maternal great-grandmother, Wanda Baker of Linton; paternal grandfather, Wendell McCammon of Sullivan.

He was preceded in death by two uncles, Christopher Moffett and Chad McCammon.

Graveside services will be held at Fairview Cemetery in Linton on Friday, Dec. 5, 2008 at 1 p.m. with Pastor Shawn Farris officiating.

Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
