Elaine Faye Moore Evans Sluss

Elaine Faye Moore Evans Sluss, 57, of Indianapolis, passed away Sunday, Nov. 16, 2008.

She was born in Linton on Dec. 3, 1950, the daughter of Johnny Earl and Mary Opal Moore.

She worked as a CNÅ and the Director of Activities at the Brownsburg Health Care Center and as an EMT at Wayne Township Fire Department No. 9. She also worked as a receptionist at a doctor's office.

Survivors include: a daughter, Tammy Evans of Indianapolis; daughter-in-law, Casey Antle; former spouses, John Evans and John Sluss; a brother, Bob (Dawn) Moore; a niece, Mary Jo Fullford (Larry) and family; and nephews, Steve Buskirk and Tom Buskirk and families.

A celebration of life will be conducted noon to 4 p.m. Saturday at Humphreys Park West Shelter in Linton.

Arrangements are being handled by Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Royster-Askin-Sandrock Chapel in Indianapolis.
