John Wayne Keller, Sr.

John Wayne Keller, Sr., 71, of Linton, passed away at 4:40 p.m. Monday, Nov. 10, 2008 at the Glenburn Home in Linton.

He was born in Jasonville on June 16, 1937, the son of Harold E. and Leana (Miller) Keller.

He worked several years as a welder, carpenter, and farmer.

He is survived by two sons, Cecil E. Keller of Terre Haute and John W. Keller, Jr. of Farmersburg; a daughter, Rita K. Zak of Linton; a sister, Phylis Wright of Brazil; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold E. Keller and Leana (Miller) Allen.

There will not be a public visitation or service.

Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Linton is in charge of arrangements.
