Rosalie Rapp

Rosalie Rapp, 78, of Linton, passed away at 5:53 p.m. Friday, Oct. 10, 2008 at the Union Hospital in Terre Haute. She was born in Sullivan on December 15, 1929, the daughter of Claude M. and Ruth P. (Green) Livingston.

She retired from General Electric in Linton & worked as a greeter at Wal-Mart in Linton.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Linton.

She is survived by one son, Joey (Ramona) Rapp of Terre Haute, and a brother, Bill Livingston.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Claude M. Livingston and Ruth P. Livingston-Plew; a step-father, Vannie Plew; her husband, Terry Rapp; two sisters, Josephine Kanowsky and Kathleen Tribby, and a brother, Maurice Livingston.

Services will be held at the First Baptist Church in Linton at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, with Reverend David Tyra Officiating. A private burial will be held on Wednesday at the Grandview Cemetery in Terre Haute.

Visitation will be held at the church Tuesday from 4 p.m. until the time of service.
