Apple Festival Parade tops off beautiful weekend

The festival and parade were great this year but whose idea was it to have the unlicensed under aged driver manning one of the tractors hauling people? Not a good idea considering the number of fights he instigated riders, and not to mention his lack of driving experience.

Come on committee, be smart!
