Judith Ann Kirk

Judith Ann Kirk, 69, of Lyons, passed away Saturday, Sept. 27, 2008, at Wishard Hospital in Indianapolis.

Born in Greene County on Nov. 7, 1938, she was the daughter of James and Zena (Frye) Mowery. She married Gerald Dean Kirk in 1981.

Judith was a CNA working in the Valparaiso, Indiana area. She was of Pentecostal faith.

Survivors include one brother, James B. Mowery of Plainville; two sisters, Lou (Frankie) Rady of Hudson, FL and Ramona Peoples of Lyons; one nephew, Dallas Mumaw of Indianapolis; and several step-children.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.

Friends may call at Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel in Linton from noon to 1 p.m. on Thursday, . The funeral service will begin at 1 p.m. with Rev. Gerald Devore officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgeport Cemetery near Bloomfield.
