Community Learning classes

Three short computer classes and a Beginning Spanish class are on the schedule for September at the Greene County Community Learning Center housed at White River Valley High School in Switz City. Computing Fundamentals will show the beginning computer user the basics steps to understanding and using their computer including Microsoft Windows XP, using e-mail and the Internet. The class begins September 10 and meets for four Wednesday evenings from 6- 9 p.m.. Cost is $55. A Beginning Conversational Spanish class will start on September 16 and meet for ten Tuesday evenings from 6-9 p.m. This class focuses on everyday phrases and vocabulary that can help the Spanish traveler or those who need to converse in Spanish.
