Ottis Ray Sluder Jr.

Ottis Ray Sluder Jr., 45, of Sullivan, passed away Sunday, Aug. 24, 2008 at Terre Haute Regional Hospital.

He was born in Sullivan on Dec.19, 1962 to Ottis Sluder and Alice Mae Walters Sluder.

Survivors include: his wife, Melissa Hasler Sluder of Sullivan; two sons, Trenton Sluder of Sullivan, and Ryan Duckworth of Dugger; two daughters, Chelsey Hasler of Sullivan, and Angel Bowman of Dugger; one sister, Sherry Holladay of Hymera; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother. Terry Sluder.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Newkirk's Funeral Home in Dugger with Pastor David Simpson officiating. Burial in the Dugger Cemetery.

Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday and before services Thursday.
