Born August 29, 1947 in Greene County, she was the daughter of John & Hattie (Williams) Pearson.
Ellen was a homemaker and former member of the Rebecca Lodge.
Surviving relatives include: two sons Kenneth Hudson and Scott Hudson both of Bloomfield; one daughter Judy Kay Alton of Sullivan; three grandchildren Austin Hudson of Bloomfield, Alexander Alton and MacKenzie Rose Goodwin both of Sullivan; her companion, Harlan Jenkins of Edmonton, Kentucky; four sisters Louise Hardisty of Lyons, Jewie Aulberry of Bicknell, Linda Collier of Bloomington, Bessie Mathena of Linton; three brothers, Jackie, Bennie, and Wayne Pearson all of Indianapolis; several Nieces & Nephews.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Verlin, Henry, and George Pearson; three sisters, Melvina Whaley, Carrie Pearson, and Lillian Ellett; and her [arents
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m on Tuesday and 10 a.m. until the hour of service Wednesday at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield.
Services will be at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday with Brother Ed Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Tulip Cemetery near Bloomfield.
Donations may be made to the family in care of Jenkins Fuenral Home.
