She was born May 24, 1924 in Westphalia, the daughter of Norman and Estel (Fiscus) Everett.
She had been a cook at the Freelandville Nursing Home.
A member of the Edwardsport Methodist Church, she was a member of the Rebbeca Lodge No. 461 and the American Legion Auxilary.
Survivors include: a son, Thomas (Eloise) Porter of Edwardsport; a daughter, Jane (Jim) Elliott of Lyons; four grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Robert M. Everett of Vincennes and Don Everett of Camby; two sisters, Gertude Wainman of Edwardsport and Shirley Beaman of Monroe City.
She was preceded in death by her spouse, Sam Yagle; her parents; and a twin sister, Mary Strahle and a grandson, Sammie Porter.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at McClure-Utt Funeral Home in Bicknell. Burial will be in Edwardsport Town Cemetery.
Visitation will be conducted from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
