Carolyn D. Smith

Carolyn D. Smith, 62, of Switz City, passed away Sunday, May 18, 2008 in Greenwood.

She was born July 22, 1945, in Hammond to Charles C. and Doris (Russell) Kelly.

She was a LPN, and member of Lincoln Christian Church.

She is survived by one sister, Joanne Piaseck, Holly MI; one brother, Charles C. Kelly, Jr., Sullivan.

A memorial service will be conducted at Lincoln Christian Church, Route 1, Jasonville following Sunday morning services.
