The Bloomfield Junior-Senior High School FFA Chapter recently conducted its annual year-end banquet to honor members for their achievements in the past school term.

Senior Nicole Thombleson received the UAP Richter Award, Ben Vandeventer was the recipient of the Star Greenhand Award for a first-year member while senior Jenny Wilson was the winner of the Star Chapter Degree Award, which goes to an upperclassman.

The Star Degree award is sponsored by Bloomfield businessman Ken Robertson.

Special awards for community supporters went to Scott and Lori Thombleson who were named Honorary Chapter members and Bryan and Diane Wilson who received a Distinguished Service Award for their support of the Bloomfield FFA chapter.
