In the girls competition, Bloomfield had a winning total of 129 points. Linton-Stockton scored 99, White River Valley 85, Shakamak 81, Clay City 60, North Daviess 49 and Eastern Greene scored 38 points and place seventh.

In the boys meet, North Daviess had a a winning total of 141 points. Eastern Greene scored 140 and was the runner-up.

Bloomfield scored 94 points, Linton-Stockton 90, White River Valley 60.5, Clay City 38.5 and Shakamak managed four points.

Bloomfield's Taylor Gilmore was first in the girls long jump while Colgan Nichols won the discus.

Avery Frederick was first in the 400 meters while Emily Montoya beat Gilmore for first in the 100.

The WRV girls won the 3,200 relay and Mackenzie Schantz was second in the discus.

Robert Bukka was first in the 800 and ran fourth in the 1,600 for the Bloomfield boys.

Also for the Cardinals, Bradley Seymour threw the shot put 37 feet, nine inches to take first in the shot put. He also was third in the discus.

Joe Hash also was first for the Cardinals in the high jump. Kyle Smith defeated the competition in the 1,600.

Chris Rogers of WRV was second in the discus and fifth in the shot put. Ethan Sparks and Jace Herndon were 4-5 in the 300 low hurdles.
