Gilbert and Shirley Pigg of Cass will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary May 3 at the Dugger community building in the Dugger park.

Their children will host a reception in their honor from 2-5 p.m. All family and friends are invited to attend. They will be renewing their vows at 1 p.m. at the Samaria Church.

Their children are Teresa (Mike) Starkey, Gilbert (Deni) Pigg, Kim (Rollie) Hux, Rick (Tammy) Pigg, Joe (Lynn) Pigg and daughter Tonya Kay Pigg (deceased).

They have nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
