Norma May VanHeck, 84, of Ira, Mich. passed away April 19, 2008 in the Mt. Clemens Regional Medical Center.

She was born April 25, 1923 in Linton. She married Alfred VanHeck, he died May 17, 1993.

She loved playing cards with her life-long friend Leona Michalski.

Survivors include her children: Clarence (Jeannette) VanHeck, Chuck (Sharon) VanHeck, Roger, Dawn Marie (Dale) Piotrowski-Shelton, Sandra Kay (Kevin) Fedderson; brothers, Frank and Wayne Gravemier; 19 grandchildren; and 18 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Richard VanHeck, on Nov. 17, 1967.

Services will be at 11 a.m.Thursday at the Gilbert Funeral Home, Algonac, MI. with Minister Thomas McNerney of the Algonac Church of Christ officiating.

Visitation Wednesday 1-4 p.m. and 6-9 PM at the funeral home.

Burial will be in the Oaklawn Cemetery, Algonac
