She was born July 30, 1928, in Greene County to William Noah and Rose Edith (Wells) McDaniel.
She was a homemaker and a childcare provider. She was of the Protestant faith and was a member of the Spencer American Legion Auxiliary and the Solsberry Eastern Star.
Survivors include: a son, Jerry (Melinda) Hall of Mooresville; a daughter, Sharon (Richard) Chambers of Spencer; a brother, Paul McDaniel of Solsberry; two sisters, Naomi Argabright of Linton and Norma Purcell of Bloomfield; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, William Hall, in 2003; a brother, William McDaniel; and a sister, Ruby Bixler.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at West & Parrish & Pedigo Funeral Home in Spencer with Pastor Don Dwyer officiating.
Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Wednesday. The Solsberry Eastern Star Chapter will conduct a memorial service Wednesday at 7 p.m.
