Reba C. Griffith, 86, of Linton, passed way at 1:40 p.m. Saturday, April 12, 2008 at Greene County General Hospital in Linton.

Born April 22, 1921 in Hymera, she was the daughter Jess and Elizabeth Bedwell Custer.

She was a homemaker and a member of Linton Assembly of God.

Survivors include: daughters and sons-in-law, Joan and Ed Johnson of Linton, Orda & David White of Linton, and Laura Jean and Ron Frye of Switz City; daughter-in-law: Polly (Griffith) Lockard and David of Jasonville; nine grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Griffith on Sept.19, 1991; her parents; one son, George Griffith; one grandson; one great-grandson; five brothers; and three sisters

Visitation will be at McClanahan-Lee Funeral Home in Jasonville from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday and after 9 a.m. Wednesday

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with Pastor John Monroe and Pastor David Atkins officiating.

Burial will be in Little Flock Cemetery near Coalmont.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations can be made to the Linton Assembly of God. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
