Robert A. Ringo, 68, of rural Jasonville, passed away Saturday, April 12, 2008, at Union Hospital in Terre Haute.

He was a life-long resident of Jasonville, born on Sept. 19, 1939, to Arlie N. and Audrey L. (Green) Ringo.

He was a Millwright and had worked for Capenter's Local 1080 of Owensboro, Kentucky. He retired in 2003.

Survivors include: a daughter, Cherri (Rusty) Farris of Jasonville; a son, Robert (Jennifer) Ringo of Linton; six grandchildren; and a brother, Bill Ringo, of Worthington. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Friends may call at Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel in Linton from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and from 9 a.m. until the hour of service on Wednesday,

The service will begin at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Sam Bush officiating. Interment will follow at the Fairview Cemetery in Linton.
