| Butler guard A.J. Graves (4) looks for an open man. Graves and the Bulldogs opened the NCAA men's basketball tournament with a 81-61 victory over South Alabama Friday afternoon. Graves hit four 3-pointers and scored 18 points. In 29 minutes of work, the White River Valley graduate collected six assists, four steals and did not commit a turnover. The Bulldogs, who have advanced out of the first round four consecutive times, will now face the University of Tennessee in a second-round game Sunday.
