Born Aug. 14, 1942 in Bloomington, he was the son of Elza and Mary (Peilfry) Sullivan.
He spent his teenage yearss in Dugger.
Survivors include: two sons, Tony and Greg Sullivan; two daughters, Darla and Lisa Sullivan and their mother, Judy, of Paxton; four grandchildren and one great-grandson; one brother, Doug; five half-sisters, Agnes Byers, Jean Groomer, Phyliss Workman, Linda Durham and Cindy Kellogg; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; four half-sisters, Frances, Lois, Rena May Sullivan and Dorothy Groomer; one brother, Richard; and one half-brother, Vernon Sullivan.
Burial was in Hibhat, KY on Feb. 20.
