Rachael McKee and Isaac Hale would like to announce the birth of their daughter Rylan Monroe McKee.

Rylan was born Jan. 14 at Sullivan County Hospital. She weighed 7 pounds and 7 ounces, and was 21 inches long.

Rylan was welcomed home by her aunt Danielle McKee.

Maternal grandparents are Rick and Becky Thompson, and maternal great-grandmother is Rita Tribby. Paternal grandparents are Tim and Kamie Hale, and paternal great-grandparents are John and Sue Hale.
