Theone Clark, 88, of Linton and formerly of Evansville, passed away at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 13, 2008, at Glenburn Home in Linton.

She was born May 24, 1919, in Christopher, IL, the daughter of Clay and Kate (Council) McMurray.

She moved to Linton in 1993 from Evansville. She was a homemaker and a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Evansville.

Survivors include two sons, Thomas Davis and his wife, Lisa, of Grangeville, ID and Darrell Davis and his wife, Cherie, of Linton; three grandchildren, Amanda Davis of Linton, Diane Luce of Brownsburg and Jeff Davis of Denver, CO; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Clark, in 1993; a brother, Trevor McMurray; and her parents.

Funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Chapel of Peace at Sunset Park Cemetery in Evansville with Michael Luce officiating.

There will be private visitation on Thursday at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home Linton Chapel.
