John R. Nemeth, 51, of Linton and formerly of South Bend, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2007 at Bloomington Hospital.

Born on June 2, 1956 in South Bend, he was the son of John P. and Martha (Phillips) Nemeth.

Surviving are his father, John P. Nemeth of Linton; two sisters Cheryl Conway of Ricon, GA and Theresa Farren of Austin, TX; and a brother, Vincent Nemeth of Bloomfield.

He was preceded in death by his mother; a sister, Mary; and three brothers Joseph, James and Nicholas.

Private services will take place with burial to follow in Highland Cemetery.
