Ruth C. Turk, 87 of Medina, OH, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2007 at the Life Care Center of Medina.

She was born in Buffalo, NY on Feb. 28, 1920, the daughter of Everett and Ethel (Abelm) Haentges.

She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her two sons, Kenneth Turk and his wife, Camilla, of Medina, OH, and Robert Turk and his wife, Cynthia, of Litchfield, OH; a daughter, Donna Brookover and her husband, Doug, of Elyria, OH; three grandchildren, Brian (Jami) Turk, Angela (Josh) Adkins and Lane Turk, and four great-grandchildren, Crystal, Elijah, Elizabeth and Samuel Turk.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, James Turk, and a grandson, Michael Turk.

Funeral services will be held at the Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Linton at 2 p.m. Friday with Josh Hubbell officiating. Burial will follow at the Fairview Cemetery in Linton.

Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until the time of service on Friday.
