Martha Ellen Burdette, 86, of Linton, passed away at 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2007 at Linton Nursing and Rehab Center.

She was born Oct. 25, 1921 in London, KY to Steven and Minnie Overbay Robinson.

She was a member of the Dugger Senior Citizens.

Survivors include: two sons, Darrel Burdette of Linton and Ron Lewis and wife, Shirley of Bradenton, FL; two daughters, Joy Weber and husband, Nick, and Wilma Camden and husband, Tom, both of Linton; two brothers, Calvin Robinson and Raymond Robinson, both of London, KY; two sisters, Chris Roark of Corbin, KY; and Pearl Gilbert of Indianapolis; 16 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Laurel Burdette in 199; two sons., Paul (Bud) Burdette and Don Strader; four brothers, Jerry, Will, Russell and Andy Robinson; three sisters, Angie Andes, Eliza Lewis and Lucy Robinson; and one great-grandchild, Cody Keller.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Newkirk's Funeral Home in Dugger. Burial will be in Oakhill Cemetery at Riley.
