Kelly Jo Collins Everhart, 47, Hymera, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2007 at her residence.

Born Nov. 18, 1960 in Sullivan County, she was the daughter of Ralph and Connie Stines Collins.

Survivors include: her mother and step-father, Jerry and Connie Alumbaugh of Hymera; a special friend, Nelson Seay of Shelburn; three sons, Matthew Thompson of Shelburn, Nick Faught and Levi Faught of Hymera; four brothers, Ralph T. Collins of Farmerburg, Darrell Collins of Cass, Scott Collins of Hymera and Sam Collins of Hymera;six grandchildren; as well as nieces and nephews.

A sister, Cindy Lou Collins preceded her in death.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Friday at Newkirk's Funeral Home in Dugger with Rev. James Quick officiating. Burial was in K of P Cemetery in Hymera.
