This family's portrayal of "The Wizard of Oz" won the best group category at the Halloween costume contest in Linton's Humphreys Park. Pictured at left is Abby Mckee as Dorothy, Alyvia McKee as the lion, Brandee McKee (center) as the wicked witch, Addisyn Mckee as the scarecrow and Ben McKee as the tin man.

Linton's SpookFest Halloween parade brought about 150 ghosts, goblins, spooks and others into Humphreys Park on Wednesday.

Winners of the costume contest were as follows;youngest John Kenworthy; best make-up Nikolaus Mikusak; first place cutest Avery Keen; second place cutest Raeghan Miller; best family Ed, Ashtynn and Stacee Glenn; and most original Jacquelyn Richardson.

Marissa Schneck won the best overall category for her robot rendition.
