She was born Jan. 28, 1925, in Mitchell, the daughter of Loyd H. and Ada (Coyle) Sanders.
She was a member of the Madisonville First Christian Church, a lifetime member of the National Thespian Society, a member of Psi Iota Xi & Que Vives of Linton, and Beta Sigma Phi of Madisonville, Ky.
Survivors include two daughters, Diane Jones (Bob) Thrasher of Bloomington and Cheri Jones (Phil) Page of Madisonville, Ky.; a son, Tim Jones of Linton; seven grand-daughters; a grandson; and 13 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George W. Jones, a brother, John C. Sanders, a sister, Jennie Rose Harden, and her parents.
Private graveside services will be conducted Monday at Fairview Cemetery in Linton with Nick Moore officiating.
Open visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Sunday at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home Linton Chapel.
