Gary Wayne Loffland, 60, Lafayette, passed away 10:05 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2007, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lafayette.

He was born September 7, 1946 in Linton, to Dale Warren and Dorothy (Wilkie) Loffland.

Gary worked in the lab at Fairfield Manufacturing Co. in Lafayette.

He is survived by his mother, Dorothy Loffland, Worthington; 2 daughters, Heather (Ben) Meggitt and Lisa Loffland, both of Escondido, CA; and two grandchildren, Amanda LaFrance and Jacob Meggitt.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Graveside service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday at Worthington Cemetery.
