Stephanie Kim Floyd

OAK GROVE, Ky. ---- Stephanie Kim Floyd, 10, of Oak Grove, Ky., passed away Friday, Oct. 17, 2003.

Survivors include her parents, Captain Richard and Tracy Floyd; sister, Emily Floyd; paternal grandparents, Stephen Su Yong Floyd of Oklahoma City, Okla.; maternal grandparents, Luther and Marion Everett of Richmond, Va.; paternal great-grandmother, Wilma Floyd of Lyons; aunts Kim Gibbons, Nancy Bell and Whitney Bolka; and 11 cousins.

She was preceded in death by an uncle, Michael Everett.

Funeral service and interment were Oct. 23, 2003, in Richmond, Va.
