BEDFORD ---- Myrtle (Wade) Todd Moore, 91, a resident of Westview Manor and formerly of Springville, died at 5:20 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 11, 2003, at Dunn Memorial Hospital.

Born July 12, 1912, in Martin County, she was the daughter of Isaac and Eva (Stroud) Wade.

Survivors include two daughters, Vergie Helms and husband; Jarrell and Norma Cox and husband Fred, all of Bloomfield; two sons, Ernie Todd and wife Maxine of Bedford, and Morris Todd and wife Judy of Bloomfield; three sisters, Dessie Hawkins, Victorine Rollman and Ola Morrow; one brother, Harley Wade, all of Bedford; 21 grandchildren, 49 great-grandchildren,18 great-great grandchildren, and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Earl Todd; second husband, Willie Moore; a daughter, Mary Evaline Bryant; three brothers, William, George and Harold Wade; three sisters, Gertie Owens, Dovie Doughas and Grace Allen.

Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 14, at the Elmwood Chapel of the Day and Carter Mortuary in Bedford with Rev. Forrest Collins officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Olive Cemtery in Martin County.

Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 13, and from noon until the hour of service on Sunday.
